The intelligent glass lined reactor system newly developed by Suzhou Cooperation Co., Ltd. was grandly exhibited at Shanghai New International CPHI (International Medical and pharmaceutical equipment exhibition) from June 18 to 20. At the same time, CTCs (constant temperature control system), TCU (temperature control unit) and online sampling system were exhibited. The intelligent reactor system integrates the functions and advantages of automatic heating and cooling, online weighing (flow), online sampling and analysis (including pH value), automatic feeding, automatic discharging, mixing control of agitators, temperature and pressure control. PLC programming and PID mode are adopted to realize control, and data exchange can be realized with the upper computer; One set of devices realizes one station function and service. It is especially applicable to research units and educational demonstrations without a common system.
